Orders
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not see it, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@m72merch.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted.
If production, printing, packing, or shipping has already started, the order may no longer be changeable or cancelable.
Why did I receive more than one package?
Some items may ship separately because they are produced at different times, packed separately, or shipped from different facilities. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping and Tracking
How long does order processing take?
U.S. orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. International orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Busy periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, or high order volume may add 1 to 2 business days.
How long does delivery take?
- United States: usually 4 to 7 business days after processing.
- International orders: usually 7 to 14 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or address issues may affect delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
We may offer free shipping on orders over $99. The final shipping rate will always be shown at checkout.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to show updates after the carrier receives the package.
My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my package. What should I do?
Please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, and the carrier first.
If you still need help, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, M72 Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will try to help review the issue where possible.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a print issue caused by us.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Which items cannot be returned?
Custom printed, made to order, personalized, sale, clearance, and final sale items may have limited return eligibility.
These items are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a print issue caused by us.
What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or misprinted?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@m72merch.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once issued, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Products and Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the Size Chart before placing your order. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we usually recommend choosing the larger size.
Measurements may vary slightly by product, supplier, garment type, and production process.
Are your shirts and hoodies unisex?
Most apparel is designed with a regular unisex fit unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Will the product look exactly like the mockup?
We do our best to show products accurately. However, colors and print placement may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, garment type, fabric, and printing process.
Are some items made to order?
Yes. Some M72 Merch products may be printed or prepared after your order is placed. This helps us offer a wider selection of graphic shirts, hoodies, posters, canvas prints, and merch items.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on availability, we may accept major credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other supported payment options.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal where available. We do not store your full credit card number on our own servers.
Why was my payment declined?
Please check your card number, billing address, expiration date, CVV, available funds, and bank permissions.
Some banks may block online or international purchases for security reasons. You can contact your bank or try another payment method.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
We may ship to select international destinations. If international shipping is available for your address, options will appear at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs, duties, or taxes?
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges required by their country unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
These charges are not controlled by M72 Merch.
Why is my international order delayed?
International delivery may be delayed by customs inspections, local postal service delays, holidays, weather, carrier issues, or address problems.

How do you use my personal information?
We use personal information to process orders, provide customer support, send tracking updates, prevent fraud, improve our website, and support marketing if you choose to subscribe.

Is M72 Merch an official store?
M72 Merch is an independent merch store. Unless clearly stated on our website, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any band, artist, tour, venue, event, official store, record label, management company, or rights holder.
