Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will send you the correct return address and instructions.


Return Rules Summary

  • Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a print issue caused by us.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Custom printed, made to order, personalized, sale, clearance, and final sale items have limited return eligibility.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong with your item, we will do our best to make it right.

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is marked as delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when possible.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue quickly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@m72merch.com.
  2. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your request.
  3. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a print issue, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  4. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address.
  5. Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Items That Can Be Returned

Standard, unused items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they meet the condition requirements above.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, perfume, deodorant marks, or visible wear
  • In the original packaging when possible
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a print issue caused by us.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom printed items
  • Made to order items
  • Personalized items
  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Items returned in used, worn, washed, damaged, stained, or altered condition

Many M72 Merch products may be printed or prepared after an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind on custom printed or made to order items unless there is a quality issue.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a print issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A close up photo of the issue
  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.

Size Issues

Please check the size guide before placing your order. We cannot guarantee a return, refund, or replacement if the wrong size was selected at checkout.

If you received a size different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review it as an incorrect item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order after your return is approved.

Direct exchanges may be possible in some cases, but they depend on product availability and return eligibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at support@m72merch.com.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted item, we may provide a prepaid return label or another solution.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the carrier first.
  • If the package is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship it after the customer pays the additional shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered, but we will help you review the issue where possible.

International Returns

International return shipping, customs fees, duties, taxes, and related charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

If you return an international order, please mark the package as “Return – No Commercial Value” where applicable.

EU 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

This right may not apply to certain custom made, personalized, sealed, digital, or made to order items where legal exceptions apply.

Unless required by law or caused by our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send items back without approval. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.
