Thank you for shopping with M72 Merch. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Processing and transit time: The times below are in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time and transit time are separate.

U.S. Shipping

U.S. Order Processing

• Processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days from the date your order is placed.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is handed to the carrier.
• Busy periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, or high order volume may add 1 to 2 business days.

U.S. Estimated Transit Time

• Standard delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days after processing.
• Transit time may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our control.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Limited time promotions may change shipping rates. The final shipping rate will be shown at checkout.

Tracking and Delivery

• Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to show updates after the carrier receives the package.
• If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, and the carrier first.
• If you still need help, please email us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
• Once the package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer to the extent allowed by law.

Address Accuracy and Order Changes

• Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
• We may not be able to change the address once production, packing, or fulfillment has started.
• Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped after the customer pays the additional shipping cost.
• A physical address is recommended. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. This can happen when products are prepared at different times, shipped from different facilities, or packed separately for faster delivery.

If your order ships in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Made to Order and Printed Items

Some M72 Merch products may be printed or prepared after your order is placed. This helps us offer a wider selection of graphic shirts, hoodies, posters, canvas prints, and merch items.

Because some items are made to order, processing time may vary by product. Please review the product page before placing your order.

International Shipping

International Order Processing

• Processing time is usually 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is placed.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is handed to the carrier.
• Busy periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, or high order volume may add 1 to 2 business days.

International Estimated Transit Time

• Standard international delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after processing.
• Transit time may vary by country, carrier, customs process, local postal service, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.

If international shipping is available at checkout, duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may extend delivery time. M72 Merch does not control customs delays or local import fees.

Shipping Delays

We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but delays can happen.

Delays may be caused by carrier issues, high order volume, holiday demand, customs inspections, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, production delays, fulfillment delays, or events outside our control.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a print issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another solution.

Returns

Shipping costs related to returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

For approved returns that are not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
