Product Description
Bring home the fierce and ominous energy of Metallica’s M72 World Tour with this poster canvas for the May 11, 2025 show at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. Created by Vance Kelly, the artwork features a crowned skeleton looming above a coiled viper, crossed swords and thorny black roots, giving this Columbus concert poster a dark, regal and unforgettable heavy metal presence.
The design centers on a massive skeletal figure shown in profile, wearing an ornate crown set with red jewels. Behind and around the skeleton are dark crossed swords that help frame the composition and add a warlike, medieval mood. In front, a large snake coils through the artwork with its mouth open and fangs exposed, becoming the main living force of the piece and drawing attention directly to the center.
Sharp black thorns and twisted root-like forms spread across the lower section, creating a hostile underworld setting that enhances the danger of the scene. The bold Metallica logo sits prominently across the middle in red and gold, while the event text below reads Columbus, OH, 5.11.2025 and Historic Crew Stadium, tying the artwork directly to the Columbus stop of the M72 World Tour.
The intense red background makes the charcoal black skeleton, muted gold crown details and gray-black serpent stand out dramatically. This poster canvas works beautifully in a music room, studio, bedroom, office, home bar or record corner. Its bold color contrast and dark fantasy styling pair naturally with black frames, guitar displays, vinyl shelves and other rock or metal decor. For fans collecting city specific M72 World Tour artwork, the Columbus design stands out through its crowned skeleton imagery, coiled serpent centerpiece and clear United States event identity.
